ProFlix Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what you can and cannot do on ProFlix. By using ProFlix, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, or promote content that:

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
• Contains pornography or sexually explicit content
• Promotes hate, harassment, or violence
• Encourages self-harm, dangerous behavior, or illegal activities
• Contains extreme graphic violence
• Is misleading, fraudulent, or spammy
• Uses AI/deepfake content to impersonate real individuals without consent

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform
• Bypass or tamper with security features
• Impersonate another user, brand, or company
• Use bots or scripts to artificially inflate views, watch-time, or earnings
• Abuse affiliate codes or referrals
• Use ProFlix for scams, phishing, or deceptive practices

3. Jobs, Events & Directory Rules

Jobs, events, and directory listings must:

• Be legal, accurate, and clear
• Not promote adult services, escorting, or illegal work
• Not request unsafe or exploitative activity
• Not be used for harassment or stalking

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
